Brownie Recipe

Brownies with chocolate

150g butter
250 g sugar
75 g cocoa powder (powder)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
2 eggs, cold
60 g flour
50 g chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lined with parchment paper a square baking pan of about 20 cm.

Melt the butter in a double boiler, sugar cocoa, and salt, stirring occasionally until ‘and the mixture is smooth and warm. Remove the saucepan from the heat and leave to cool a little.
