This is the basic recipe to make delicious crepes, both are fine for a sweet and savory toppings. You can prepare the crepes in advance and store in refrigerator until ready to use them, heating them briefly in a pan before farcirle like. The most commonly used are those stuffed with Nutella or jam for sweet crepes and ground beef or ham and mozzarella regarding those salty.
Ingredients for 8 crepes:
125 grams of flour 00
300 ml of milk
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Total time: 30 minutes + 30 minutes rest of the batter
How to make crepes
Place the flour in a bowl, make a well in the center and started to pour the milk, stirring the mixture until it is smooth and without lumps.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, add time to the batter and mix
Stir the mixture until a smooth and fluid batter for crepes
Now cover the dough with a film trasparentee and put it in the fridge to rest for half an hour so that the flour releases all the starch.
Now resume the dough and stir again.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan and when it is melted, pour a ladle of batter in the center of the pan
Tilt and rotate the pan to spread the mixture over the entire surface.
Cook each side for about a minute cracks then flip them with a spatula aiutamndovi
As the pancakes are ready, place them on a flat plate on one another
