(for 2 people) minced meat, 500 g carrots, 2 small celery stalk 1 white onion, half beer, half cup salt, pepper, olive oil
We start our recipe starting from the preparation of the sauce: in a pan rather large brown the finely chopped onion with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
As soon as he started to wilt, add also the celery that you previously cut into strips and carrot, peeled and finely grated. Sauté everything well, stirring occasionally.
When you see that the sauce is ready, add the minced meat cut into small pieces and let it cook for a few minutes; as soon as he started taking the color of cooking, pour it all with beer, then continue with the cooking until the meat will be cooked completely. Finally adjusted with a pinch of salt and pepper, then serve still hot.
