2) In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ¼ cup milk with pudding packs. Add to boiling mixture. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.

3) Pour thickened stuffed pumpkin crusted prepared. Let cool to set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin small.

4) Fill each cup muffin tin with batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
